SELECTA’s HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) & EU listed factory, equipped with the latest technology in production machinery, is capable of producing 30 tons per day, while monitoring yields, throughputs and efficiencies.

SELECTA manufacture a wide variety of fish portions and fillets and is capable of manufacturing products to specific customer requests. Quality assurance is monitored & verified by SABS.

SELECTA's cold storage facilities have recently been extensively enlarged to accommodate approx 800 tons, enabling the factory to store raw material and finished products.

The VIKING FISHING / SELECTA Fish Shop in Athlone allows the public to purchase fish at wholesale prices.
